Steve came to the Tampa Bay area in the summer of 2002 to assist in the creation of what became the Tampa Bay Healthcare Collaborative.  Founded by the Allegany Franciscan Foundation Tampa Bay, the Collaborative brought together organizations in Hillsborough and Pinellas County to work collectively around increasing access to health services. 

Moving to his current position of Regional Vice President with Allegany Franciscan Ministries in March 2005, Steve assumed responsibility for the planning, administration, and support of all grants in the Tampa Bay region.

Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.  He has had published articles in the area of government and not-for-profit partnerships as well as the socioeconomic impacts of welfare reform.  Steve is a dedicated volunteer with the Guardian ad Litem program.  He enjoys swimming and spending time outside to learn about and help protect our environment.
